Your work will help ensure we have the right products, in the right quantities, at the right time.\nYour key responsibilities will include:\nPlan & Schedule Production: Translate master production plans into weekly manufacturing schedules, balancing demand forecasts, inventory targets, material availability, and production capacity.\n\nPartner with Contract Manufacturers: Coordinate production schedules, secure manufacturing capacity, monitor commitments, and adjust plans as business needs change.\n\nKeep Materials Moving: Plan raw material and component requirements, issue purchase orders, monitor supplier deliveries, and proactively resolve shortages to keep production on track.\n\nSupport Manufacturing Execution: Manage ERP production transactions, including work orders, completed production, and raw material and component consumption.\n\nMaintain Inventory Accuracy: Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate reconciliations across assigned production locations.\n\nOptimize Supply & Inventory: Analyze production timing, capacity, inventory levels, and working capital requirements to identify opportunities for improved efficiency.\n\nDrive Continuous Improvement: Monitor key planning and operational performance measures, identify challenges, and recommend improvements to strengthen supply chain performance.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nWe're looking for a detail-oriented, analytical Supply Planner who can balance day-to-day execution with proactive problem-solving.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.\n\n5+ years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or materials management within a manufacturing environment.\n\nHands-on experience with production scheduling, purchasing, inventory management, and material requirements planning (MRP).\n\nProficiency with ERP systems, including manufacturing and inventory transactions.\n\nStrong Excel skills, including data analysis and scenario modeling.\n\nExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n\nA proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to take ownership of priorities and deliver results.\n\nWhy Join SBM Life Science?\nAt SBM Life Science, you'll be part of a team where collaboration matters, ideas are valued, and your contributions make a difference.
