The individual will promote effective employee and company relations to help improve customer service and company profits.\nRoles & Responsibilities\nTo perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.\nSupervise the daily operations of multiple sites.\nDevelop operating budgets and control expenses within those budgets.\nDevelop safe, positive and achievement oriented working environment.\nRespond to the customer’s questions and concerns in a timely manner.\nMonitor ongoing work, identify problems, and find solutions.\nImplement production plans in accordance with approved schedule.\nImplement new policies and procedures to meet site goals.\nReviewing the plans of correction and approving them when necessary.\nInterview and hire new employees.\nTrains employees in their job duties to insure site’s smooth operation.\nPlans, assigns, and directs work to employees.\nMaintain employee attendance records and leave reports.\nPerform Uniform distribution for employees.\nEnsures each team members work in conformance with SBM policies and procedures.\nEnsure operational excellence through training, coaching, disciplining, and encouragement of team members.\nDevelop processes for locations and individual performance evaluation.\nThe ability to drive to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities may be necessary to perform the essential functions of this position.\nDevelop disciplinary and behavioral standards for the employees to maximize work efficiency.\nQualification\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.\nEducation and/ or Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in business administration, or relevant field.\n2 years of related experience and the knowledge of the industry.\nCertificates, Licenses, Registrations:\nMay be required to have a valid driver’s license.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nStrong understanding of asset management principal.\nAbility to manage operatives and sub-contractors.\nKnowledge about the maintenance techniques.\nExpert in various computer programs.\nExcellent verbal and communication skills.\nStrong attention to details.\nStrong problem-solving skills.\nSupervisory Responsibilities\nCarries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; performance evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
