Other duties may be assigned.\nPerform janitorial duties\nPerform all duties listed on the daily schedule\nProvide work direction and assistance to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor\nAssist Custodial Supervisor in scheduling and training staff as needed\nOperate motorized cleaning equipment\nTrack equipment inventory, maintenance, and repairs\nSchedule clean up and repairs as needed\nMaintain daily upkeep of assigned area\nTrack and maintain supplies inventory\nAssist Custodial Supervisor in purchasing cleaning supplies and equipment\nPerform quality, service, and safety inspections\nReport incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor\nReport employee personnel and customer issues to supervisor\nMonitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment, and supplies\nCorrect at risk behavior, then report to the supervisor immediately\nThe ability to drive to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities may be necessary to perform the essential functions of this position.\nProvide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement\nQualification\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Employees required to drive as part of their job duties must maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and meet company driving eligibility requirements.\nCompleted all safety and task training certification.\nMay be required to be forklift certified.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nAbility to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nKnowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team\nKnowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment\nKnowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use\nSupervisory Responsibilities\nThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.\nPhysical Demands & Work Environment\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
