The supervisor will inspect equipment and working conditions to ensure compliance with disinfection and regulations.\nRoles & Responsibilities\nTo perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.\nMust be able to perform all duties and assignments of the Equipment Technician\nCoordinate and supervise the activities of employees in the Disinfect and Delivery program\nDevelop working schedule for Technicians\nCoordinate Technicians activity\nRedirect Technicians if urgency arises\nMonitor hours worked, punctuality and attendance of Technicians\nSupport employment related responsibilities including onboarding, new hire training, coaching to meet Service Level Agreements, performance management, attendance management, upskill training, and escalation resolution\nBe trained on cleaning advanced medical equipment for support of Technicians\nImprove order response time\nAnswer phone and fulfil phone requests as needed\nEnsure consistent communication among Technicians\nCommunicate with stakeholders\nPerform spot checks throughout the shift\nEscalate Clinical concerns to Manager\nReporting to customer as required\nEnsure training of new employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures\nIdentify and escalate overtime needs\nEnsure that services meet the needs of the site\nEnsure personnel have the equipment and supplies necessary to perform their job\nIssues supplies to equipment technicians as needed\nConduct regular quality, service, and safety inspections of assigned areas and report the results of the inspections with particular emphasis on needed repairs\nEnsure specified contract services are provided by the contractor by inspecting the work performed\nAdvise the immediate supervisor when shortcomings or other deficiencies of work are noted\nReport employee personnel and customer issues to supervisor\nReport accidents and incidents to the supervisor immediately\nCarry out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws\nAssign and direct work\nEnsure each team member works in conformance with SBM and GE policies and procedures\nEnsure operational excellence through training, coaching, disciplining, and encouragement of team members\nAddress complaints and resolve problems\nEnsure employees are properly trained on tasks and safety requirements\nMonitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment, and supplies\nProvide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement\nReview and maintain employee’s records such as attendance and metric data\nThe ability to drive to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities may be necessary to perform the essential functions of this position.\nCorrect at risk behavior then reports to the supervisor immediately\nQualification\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
