Other duties may be assigned\nComply with safety rules, policies, and procedures. Stop at risk behaviors in others and self\nWork with other employees in a team to complete assignments\nPerform repetitive tasks\nMaintain clean work area\nFollow all company procedures, policies, and rules\nTake direction and respond to supervision\nTalk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner\nFill in during staff shortages, such as in custodial, recycle, or maintenance\nSupport shift lead in completing punch-list items\nUse proper personal protective equipment that is required for assigned tasks\nPresent a professional appearance and conduct\nUnderstand customer service and satisfaction.\nUnderstand reporting systems, and of the environment\nOperate motorized cleaning equipment\nMaintain daily upkeep of assigned area\nPerform cleaning and maintenance of all floors: tile, carpet , and brick flooring\nComplete work assignments in a timely manner\nUtilize the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure\nUse and maintain equipment properly\nOperate and maintain all equipment correctly and safely\nAlways observe safety precautions, using safety signs “wet floor”\nAbility to work without normal supervision\nReport safety hazards as appropriate\nQualification\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Employees required to drive as part of their job duties must maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and meet company driving eligibility requirements.
