Other duties may be assigned.\nManage assigned organizational legal matters\nMaintain knowledge of organization’s operations and legal documents\nPromulgate and create directives of corporate acts and decisions\nManage Contracts Department with focus on Customer Agreements and working with company stakeholders to ensure contracts meet SBM guidelines and are properly administered from inception through signed agreement, renewals and end of life as needed; ensure controls are in place to measure contract compliance as needed\nDevelop structure to ensure subcontractor agreements employ proper risk transfer provisions and are compliant with customer requirements\nProvide legal support and oversight for corporate departments (e.g., HR, Procurement, Finance, Marketing, etc.)\nPoint of contact for all assigned litigation matters\nCoordinates activities with outside counsel\nResponsible for entity formations and custodian of corporate documents\nQualification\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; performance evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
