Other duties may be assigned.\nDevelop work schedules to ensure adequate service\nPrepare schedules for service personnel, assigns personnel to routes\nInspect and evaluate physical condition of establishment for program compliance, i.e., safety, quality, and service\nAudit and maintain inventories supply and equipment\nInvestigate and promote improved equipment and methods\nReview customer requests for service to ascertain cause for service request, type of malfunction, and address with manager\nImplement organization policies and goals\nFacilitate budget requests to identify areas in which reductions can be made\nInspect plant and evaluate use of space and facilities\nAssist with plans, budgets, and schedule modifications including cost estimates bid sheets and contracts\nParticipate in the development of long-range plans, conceptual designs, and capital outlay requirements for program/process improvements\nAssist with coordination of program specifications, requirements for proposals and contracts, and associated documents\nCollect data for preparing estimates, labor hours, expenses, and other metrics\nMaintain a safe work environment for self and employees\nEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, such as, FLSA, OSHA, ADA, etc.\nDirect supervisory management engaged in support of facilities programs\nAct as liaison between company, customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors\nMaintain contract and contractor status databases\nReview correspondence concerning contractors and responds as appropriate\nEstablish and maintain contact with contractors to ensure the smooth working of the contract process\nConduct and attend meetings to communicate top down, and bottom up on a consistent real time basis, with customers, clients, and employees\nAssist with human resource concerns and issues\nThe ability to drive to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities may be necessary to perform the essential functions of this position.\nSome travel may be required for this position\nQualification\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Degree required with 2+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience\nCertificates, Licenses, Registrations\nCPR/AED/First Aid certification a plus\nMay be required to have a valid driver’s license\nCompleted all safety and task training certification\nMay be required to be forklift certified\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nBilingual a plus\nAbility to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nKnowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team\nKnowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment\nKnowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use\nCustomer service, problem solving, time management, project management, planning, excellent communication, presentation, interviewing, coaching, and training skills\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office and Computer Skills\nAbility to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community\nAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, employees, and general public\nSupervisory Responsibilities\nCarries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; performance evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
