This includes the company employees and other temporary employees engaged in the program. The supervisor will inspect areas, equipment, and working conditions to ensure compliance with sanitation, OSHA regulations and site-specific SOPs.\nRoles & Responsibilities\nTo perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.\nPerform duties of employees within the program assigned\nTrain, supervise and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures\nCoordinate and monitor work activities, recommends training and issues discipline\nPrepare written reports, such as pass down, and/or weekly/monthly updates\nPerform quality, service, and safety inspections\nTrack equipment inventory, and schedules maintenance and repair\nTrack supplies inventory\nMonitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment to assure safety compliance\nReport employee personnel and customer issues to manager\nCorrect at risk behavior immediately, then reports to the manager immediately\nProvide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement\nMaintain records, i.e., training, inspections, attendance, and metric data\nFamiliar with supervisor responsibilities\nSome travel may be required for this position\nQualification\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Candidates with an equivalent combination of education, technical training, professional certifications, and progressively responsible experience leading facilities, operations, janitorial, manufacturing, or service teams will also be considered.\nCertificates, Licenses, Registrations: May be required to have a valid driver’s license.\nSupervisory Responsibilities\nCarries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; performance evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
