The individual should be able to explain how to complete a task, using basic communication skills. \nResponsibilities\nComply with safety rules, policies, and procedures\n\nStop at risk behavior of others and self\n\nPerform work assignments in a team with other employees\n\nPerform repetitive tasks\n\nMaintain clean work area\n\nTake direction and respond to supervision\n\nCommunicate with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner\n\nSupport shift lead in completing punch-list items\n\nUse proper personal protective equipment\n\nPresent a professional appearance and conduct\n\nUnderstand customer service and satisfaction\n\nUnderstand reporting systems and the environment\n\nPerform repetitive tasks in a GMP environment\n\nPerform sanitization duties to maintain a GMP controlled environment\n\nConsistently follow all customer and SBM SOP’s and procedures\n\nRespond to customer requests in a professional manner\n\nFully train in area job functions for specific shift assignment and area classification including walls, floors, windows, wipe-downs, maintenance issue reporting, and shut-down cleaning\n\nComplete daily FN logs accurately and completely\n\nMust be trained and be certified in correct gowning procedures for assigned area\n\nComplete all basic training modules and annual qualification trainings per customer Standard Operating Procedures\n\nComplete all safety certifications including chemical safety\n\nAvailable to act as area fill-in in the event of general staff shortage\n\nSupport shift lead in completing work orders and internally identified items for assigned area\n\nQualifications\nEducation and/ or Experience\n\nHigh school diploma / GED - preferred\n\n6mo to 1 year of experience - preferred\n\nCertificates, Licenses, Registrations\n\nCPR/AED/First Aid certification a plus\n\nMay be required to have a valid driver’s license.\n\nCompleted all safety and task training certification.\n\nMay be required to be forklift certified.\n\nAbility to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills in English\n\nKnowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team\n\nKnowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment\n\nKnowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use\n\nTurno:\nPrimer Turno - 5AM-2PM\n2ndo Turno - 1PM-10PM\n3 Turno - 9PM-6AM\nPago: $10.50-$11.00 per hour\nBenefits:\nSBM offers comprehensive benefit packages.
