Other duties may be assigned.\nComply with safety rules, policies and procedures including use of personal protective equipment. Stops at risk behaviors of others and self\n\nCommunicate with management and co-workers advise on plant care and/or selection\n\nProvide information about landscaping services and/or costs\n\nComfortable leading a small team through short term projects\n\nMow or edge lawns, using power mowers or edger\n\nPrune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges using grounds maintenance equipment\n\nFell large trees\n\nMake minor repairs to items such as fences, gates, roadways, pathways, or walls\n\nOperate and perform regular maintenance/minor repairs on grounds maintenance equipment such as hedge trimmers, chainsaws, electric clippers, sod cutters, line trimmers, mowers, tractors, UTVs, ATVs, trucks, or pruning saws\n\nMaintain irrigation system and install irrigation materials as necessary\n\nUse irrigation methods to adjust the amount of water consumption and to prevent waste\n\nWater and irrigate lawns, trees, or plants using portable sprinkler systems\n\nPlant seeds, bulbs, foliage, flowering plants, grass, ground covers, trees, or shrubs and apply mulch for protection, using gardening tools\n\nApply fertilizer, compost, mulch and other amendments\n\nGather, remove, and dispose of green-waste and/or trash materials\n\nRespond to “trouble calls”\n\nAssist house crew preparing amenities as necessary, including but not limited to boat preparation and/or maintenance and setting kayaks, paddleboards, and ATVs\n\nQualification\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
