Other duties may be assigned.\nMaintain cleanliness of assigned areas such as sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, fountains, planters, burial sites, or other grounds features\nGather, remove, and dispose of trash or waste materials\nWater and irrigate lawns, trees, or plants using portable sprinkler systems\nPrune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges using grounds maintenance equipment\nRake, mulch, and compost leaves\nOperate and perform minor repairs on grounds maintenance equipment such as mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, snow blowers, chainsaws, electric clippers, sod cutters, or pruning saws\nComply with safety rules, policies and procedures including use of personal protective equipment.Stops at risk behaviors of others and self\nRespond to trouble calls and cleans up spills\nProvide work direction and assistance to grounds team as directed by Supervisor\nAssist in training and scheduling staff as needed\nTrach equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair\nMaintain daily upkeep of assigned areas\nReport incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor\nMonitor employees proper use pf personal protective equipment and supplies\nPerform quality, service, and safety inspections\nOperate motorized cleaning equipment\nThe ability to drive to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities may be necessary to perform the essential functions of this position.\nOther duties as assigned\nQualification\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
