Other duties may be assigned.\nSelf-Starter with Leadership and problem-solving skills\nPerform routine and predictive maintenance\nPerform general cleaning and maintains clean work area\nMechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment, electrical & mechanical issues and then repair\nStrong customer service skills\nComfortable communicating complex issues with superior, co-workers and customers in a professional manner\nProven ability to work safely in industrial environments\nFamiliar with and utilize proper Lock Out/ Tag Out safety procedures\nPerform preventative equipment maintenance and repairs on all floor equipment, scrubbers, chariot vacuums, extractors, etc.\nRespond positively to requests in a timely manner\nAbility to use hand and power tools, use of scissor lifts, ladders and scaffolding. Soldering and welding a plus\nThe ability to drive to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities may be necessary to perform the essential functions of this position.\nMaintain maintenance logs and schedules\nQualification\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Two years Electrical Experience minimum. High School diploma or GED or equivalent combination of training and experience preferred. Must complete all safety, environmental and task training and or certifications.\nCertificates, Licenses, Registrations: A valid driver's license may be required for this position based on business needs. Employees required to drive as part of their job duties must maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and meet company driving eligibility requirements.
