Other duties may be assigned.\nDevelop and maintain custom scripts, workflows, integrations, and applications in NetSuite using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteBuilder\n\nTest and debug custom solutions in NetSuite using SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF) and SuiteCloud IDE\n\nDevelop and optimize NetSuite SuiteTalk, SOAP integrations, or REST integrations\n\nDeploy custom solutions in NetSuite using SDF, SuiteBundler, and SuiteApp\n\nProvide on-going technical support and troubleshooting for custom solutions in NetSuite\n\nBuild accurate reports, searches, and dashboards in NetSuite as requested by users and management\n\nAccurately document NetSuite development processes and standards\n\nProvide NetSuite development expertise and guidance for both internal and external stakeholders\n\nCollaborate and communicate effectively with business analysts, project managers, and end users\n\nStay updated on NetSuite updates, features, and technologies\n\nArchitect and implement configurations and customizations of NetSuite to solve business problems and give our teams the tools and information they need to be successful\n\nTest and implement new features and processes, onboard new employees, train users, and customize for scaling the growth of the business\n\nProvide on-going systems and technical support\n\nBuild accurate reports, searches, and KPI’s as requested by users and management\n\nAccurately document NetSuite processes\n\nStrong understanding of and ability to manage NetSuite order flows\n\nProvide NetSuite administration for both internal and external employees\n\nTroubleshoot and develop resolutions for streamlining automation flows\n\nMaintain NetSuite updates\n\nCreate comprehensive technical documentation for our NetSuite deployment, including fully documenting existing and new customizations, scripts, workflows, and defined business processes\n\nQualification\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.\nEducation and Experience:\nBS or equivalent in Accounting or Computer Science\n5+ years’ hands on experience working with NetSuite.\n3+ years’ experience developing scripts and code for NetSuite.\nExperience serving as primary technical administrator for a key enterprise application (CRM, ERP, etc.) or equivalent technical responsibility\nStrong understanding of and ability to optimize NetSuite performance, governance, and best practices\nCertificates, Licenses, and Registrations:\nNetSuite Administrator Certification a plus.\nNetSuite Application Developer Certification a plus.\nMay be required to have a valid drivers’ license.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nStrong understanding of the accounting and financial modules within NetSuite\nCan exercise strong problem-solving skills, and analytical thinking.\nHas exceptional written and verbal communication skills.\nHas the ability to liaise with different departments and multiple business disciplines.\nFully proficient in NetSuite data model, record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, and NetSuite API\nSupervisory Responsibilities\nCarries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; performance evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
