This role performs routine property upkeep, assists with basic repairs, operates hand and power tools, and helps ensure the property, equipment, and vehicles are maintained to the highest standards.\n Roles & Responsibilities\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.\nPerform general labor and maintenance tasks to support the upkeep of the property, buildings, and surrounding grounds.\n\nMaintain the cleanliness and appearance of exterior spaces, including power washing, sweeping, polishing, pressure cleaning, and debris removal.\n\nAssist with routine maintenance of gates, gutters, walls, ceilings, and other property features.\n\nClean, detail, and maintain company vehicles, utility vehicles (UTVs), and equipment.\n\nSafely operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment as needed to complete assigned work.\n\nLoad, unload, move, and organize materials, supplies, and equipment.\n\nMaintain an organized work area and ensure tools and equipment are properly stored.\n\nAssist with basic repairs and preventative maintenance projects as directed.\n\nFollow all company policies, safety procedures, and supervisor instructions while working collaboratively with team members.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned to support the overall maintenance and operation of the property.\n\nQualification\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
