This includes the company employees and other temporary employees engaged in the program. The Individual will inspect areas, equipment, and working conditions to ensure compliance with sanitation and OSHA regulations.\nRoles & Responsibilities\nTo perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.\nPerform duties of employees within the program assigned\nTrain, supervise and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures\nCoordinate and monitors work activities, recommends training and discipline\nWritten reports, such as pass down, weekly, or monthly\nPerform quality, service, and safety inspections\nTrack equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair\nTrack supplies and maintain inventory\nMonitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment to assure safety compliance\nReport employee personnel and customer issues to manager\nCorrect at risk behavior immediately, then report to the manager immediately\nProvide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement\nMaintain records, i.e., training, inspections, attendance, and metric data\nFamiliar with supervisor responsibilities\nThe ability to drive to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities may be necessary to perform the essential functions of this position.\nSome travel may be required for this position\nQualification\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. May be required to be Forklift Certified\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nBilingual in Spanish a plus\nKnowledge of Database software; Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software\nGood written and verbal skills, excellent customer service skills, training abilities, and time management skills\nProblem solving, presentation, and coaching\nAbility to read and understand documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals\nAbility to write routine reports and correspondence\nAbility to effectively communicate to customers, contractors, or employees of organization. Use of forklifts and pallet jacks a plus.\nSupervisory Responsibilities\nCarries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; performance evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
