This role oversees recruiting operations, onboarding, employer branding, sourcing strategies, candidate assessment processes, and talent pipeline development to attract and retain top talent. The Director also leads and supports executive and leadership recruiting efforts for critical, high-visibility positions, ensuring a strong candidate experience and alignment with the organization's long-term growth objectives.\nRoles & Responsibilities\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.\nCreate and execute a talent acquisition plan that meets both short-term hiring needs and long-term hiring goals.\nLead efforts to recruit from universities and build a pipeline of entry-level talent for future roles.\nBuild and maintain internal and external talent pools to ensure a steady supply of candidates for future roles.\nManage internal career movement, ensuring employees have opportunities for growth.\nDemonstrate the ability to make quick hiring impacts while developing sustainable strategies for the future.\nUse recruitment technology and data to improve hiring processes and track success.\nLead, mentor, and support the Talent Acquisition team.\nPersonally manage and/or oversee searches for critical, confidential, and high-visibility leadership positions.\nPartner directly with executive leadership to define organizational needs, leadership competencies, and succession priorities.\nDevelop targeted sourcing strategies for executive, senior leadership, and specialized professional roles.\nBuild and maintain networks of passive executive candidates and industry talent.\nOther tasks as assigned\nQualification\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.\nEducation and/or Experience\nBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (master’s preferred).\n8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with 4+ years in leadership.\nExperience in building internal and external talent pipelines.\nCertificates, Licenses, Registrations\nA valid driver's license may be required for this position based on business needs. Employees required to drive as part of their job duties must maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and meet company driving eligibility requirements.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nKnowledge of internal mobility and career development.\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills.\nProficiency in recruitment technology and data analytics.\nProven success leading full-cycle recruiting teams in high-growth or complex environments\nStrong analytical and strategic planning skills with experience in incentive program design\nDeep knowledge of recruitment technology, metrics, and pipeline development best practices\nStrong business acumen with a collaborative and influential leadership style\nExceptional communication, storytelling, and employer branding experience\nSupervisory Responsibilities\nCarries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; performance evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
