You will be supporting the planning, coordination and follow-up of customer projects while progressively developing ownership of project management activities. You will contribute to project execution within agreed scope, budget and timeline, help monitor risks and dependencies, and support clear communication between customers, delivery teams and internal stakeholders. Your mission is to grow into a project management role while helping secure successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction.\nResponsibilities\nSupporting customer-facing interactions and contributing to trusted relationships with client stakeholders;\nHelping define project scope, objectives and deliverables under the guidance of a senior project manager or delivery manager;\nPreparing and maintaining project plans, timelines, meeting notes and follow-up action;\nCoordinating internal and external stakeholder;\nContributing to budget follow-up, resource coordination and project documentatio;\nIdentifying project risks and issues, and escalating them with proposed mitigation action;\nMonitoring progress and ensuring adherence to quality standards;\nContributing to the evaluation of some team members (Goals review, check-ins, appraisal, feedback); \nPromoting standard product adoption and escalating client feedback to the relevant product and delivery teams; \nPreparing regular project status updates for project leadership and key stakeholders;\nEnsuring smooth project closure and lessons-learned evaluation;\nQualifications\nFirst experience in project coordination, team coordination, delivery support, consulting, implementation or customer-facing activities, preferably in a software, banking or financial services environment;\nGood understanding of software delivery, implementation projects or customer service activities; direct project management experience is a plus;\nBasic understanding of budget follow-up, effort tracking and financial project indicators; \nAwareness of risk management, change management and stakeholder management principles; \nProficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Atlassian JIRA;\nAbility to prepare clear reporting, follow indicators and summarize project status in a structured way; \nKnowledge of SaaS, Cloud, on-premise or agile/iterative implementation contexts is a plus; \nYou have around 3 to 5 years of professional experience and are motivated to develop your career toward project management;\nYou are organized, proactive, curious and eager to learn;\n You communicate clearly, enjoy working with different stakeholders and are able to structure information, follow up actions and escalate topics when needed;\nYou are customer service-oriented, delivery-minded and comfortable working in a multicultural environment;\nYou are proficient in English, both spoken and written.
