customer experience.\nManage IT budgets and resources for the region.\nDelegate tasks effectively and monitor progress.\nMaintain a customer-centric and service-oriented culture across the IT functions\n Infrastructure Management:\nOversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi), servers, laptops, and other IT equipment and services within the region, adhering to corporate standards and in collaboration with the global IT infrastructure teams.\nEnsure the availability, reliability, and security of IT systems.\nManage and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.\nImplement and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans as required.\n Security & Compliance:\nEnforce corporate IT security standards and practices across the region. \nAssist in the monitoring of network and endpoint security and response to security incidents.\nEnsure compliance with relevant corporate policies, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., HIPAA, PCI DSS).\nManage user access and permissions, following corporate Identity and Access Management policies and procedures.\nProject Management:\nManage IT projects within the region, including planning, execution, and implementation.\nDevelop project timelines and budgets.\nDrive alignment of regional projects with corporate IT roadmaps and digital transformation goals.\nVendor & Partner Management\nManage relationships with local IT vendors, oversee contract execution performance.\nAssist the corporate purchasing team in negotiating contracts and service level agreements, and in managing relationship with IT vendors and resellers in the region.\nCommunication & Collaboration:\nCommunicate effectively with IT staff, end-users, and management.\nPartner with other organizations in the region to understand their IT needs and ensure appropriate solutions are provided.\nWork very closely as an integrated team with global IT management to provide regular updates on corporate and regional IT initiatives and issues, handle incident management in the scope of responsibility.\nContinuous Improvement:\nStay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.\nIdentify opportunities to improve IT effectiveness and efficiency.\nRecommend and implement new technologies and solutions, working in collaboration with the corporate IT infrastructure Information Systems, or a related field. \nMinimum of 10 years of proven experience in IT management, in a multi-national context (Europe, USA, Asia), with experience in a multi-site or regional scope. \nExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, including in a multi-cultural environment.\nStrong experience in budgeting, resource and project management.\nKnowledge of relevant technologies and platforms (e.g., Windows, MacOS, Mobile devices, Office 365, Windows Server, Linux, storage, cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity). A prior operational experience in one or more of those area is required\nRelevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, MCSE, CCNA) are a plus.\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience in enterprise, large multi-cultural work environment is required\nExperience in the High Tech industry. Prior experience in Software Development or IT operations in a software product oriented organization would be appreciated.\nKnowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.\nExperience with end user devices (laptops, mobile devices, related management tools) would be appreciated.\nExperience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) would be a plus.\nWork Culture & Collaboration:\nThe role requires seamless collaboration with peers and teams in the U.S., Europe, India and other global locations.
