As part of our Cybersecurity Solutions Group (CSG), this role is responsible for supporting the operations of Identities life cycle management and auditing.\nThe IAM Expert utilizes defined workflows (or help defining them) to support infrastructure and services access in the group. Additionally, the IAM Expert helps support the security operations of CSG.\nLocation: Paris, France\nWork model: Hybrid work (preferably at least 2 days a week in the office)\nResponsibilities\nThe selected candidate will follow policies and procedures for the IAM program to:\nIAM Operations:Collaborate with corporate teams & provide end user support to manage and ensure user access to systems, applications, and data.\nSupport the enrollment of new apps and enabling Single Sign-on (SSO).\nMonitor compliance with policies, regulations, and customer requirements.\nPerform assessments and audits of the IAM systems as directed by CSG management.\nInvestigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.\nUpdate processes and procedures as necessary.\nValue documentation creation and communication, leverage technical experience to enhance team collaboration, and be self-driven to solve problems with a focus on achieving the team mission.\nTake the lead on IAM-related projects and ensure their delivery within the defined planning & budget.\nMonitor and respond to identity-based threats using Defender for Identity and Microsoft 365 Defender signals\n\nProvide support for AWS, M365, Entra ID and other IAM related functions:Participate in projects and support operations focused on implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) integrations\nUse standard processes and procedures to ensure daily support related to provision users, groups and roles-based access…etc\n\nCollaborate with the CSG Management and various IT Teams to support the IT Security Mission\nQualifications\nThe foundation of success is found in the ability to work with diverse technical and non-technical teams to promote the implementation of security principles into the business processes.
