This role combines IT knowledge with manufacturing operations to support factory automation, troubleshoot production systems, and improve manufacturing efficiency.\nThe ideal candidate has experience with manufacturing systems, enjoys solving technical problems, and is eager to work in a fast-paced production environment.\n Analyze and troubleshoot IT and manufacturing application issues for EV battery plants.\nMonitor and maintain manufacturing systems to ensure stable and reliable operations.\nSupport system implementations, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.\nCommunicate with plant users, IT vendors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.\nPrepare technical documentation, reports, and user guides.\nProvide user training and technical support for manufacturing systems.\nSupport factory automation software implementation and testing while working with equipment and PLC engineers.\nInvestigate and resolve production-related system issues in a timely manner.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.\n Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
