according to company policy for each division\nManage, analyze & prepare correction forms for billing corrections in access database.\nReview and discuss essential freight documentation that supports charges invoiced and is required for payment.\nUse accounting knowledges & work experiences and possess understanding of how Billing functions affect P&L.\nAudit carrier freight bills and interpret tariffs and contracts\nWork with the internal technologies required for daily functions.\nInvestigate and diagnose potential errors and duplicate carrier billing.\nPerform ad-hoc reporting, as required.\nPerform other job related duties as required\n Experience in AR &AP, Invoicing, Customer Service or Transportation/Logistics related experience\nBachelor’s Degree\nAbility to quickly grasp situations to make decisions to ensure problems are resolved and corrected\nEffective written and verbal communications skills to communicate with various levels of the organization\nProficient with Outlook, Microsoft Office applications PowerPoint, Word\nProficient with Excel, especially v-lookups and pivot tables\nAbility to work overtime when needed\n All your information will be kept
