Responsibilities\nFinancial Management & Strategic Planning\nOversee financial operations and performance across multiple business entities.\n\nDevelop and implement financial strategies to support business growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.\n\nProvide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership.\n\nMonitor financial performance, identify potential risks, and recommend corrective actions.\n\nSupport long-term financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.\n\nEstablish and improve financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.\n\nCash Flow & Treasury Management\nManage and monitor cash flow across multiple business entities to ensure financial stability and sufficient liquidity.\n\nDevelop cash flow forecasts and monitor short-term and long-term funding requirements.\n\nEvaluate cash positions and recommend strategies to optimize working capital.\n\nCoordinate cash management activities across affiliated entities.\n\nIdentify potential financial risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.\n\nFinancial Reporting & Analysis\nOversee the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements and management reports.\n\nAnalyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and financial trends across multiple business entities.\n\nPrepare financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.\n\nDevelop financial reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support management decisions.\n\nEnsure financial reporting is accurate, consistent, timely, and transparent.\n\nPresent financial results and recommendations to executive leadership.\n\nMulti-Entity Financial Operations\nManage and coordinate financial activities across multiple affiliated companies.\n\nMonitor financial performance and cash requirements at both the individual entity and organizational levels.\n\nSupport intercompany financial coordination, transactions, and reporting.\n\nEstablish standardized financial reporting processes and internal controls across business entities.\n\nCollaborate with management and accounting personnel to improve financial efficiency and consistency.\n\nAccounting Oversight & Internal Controls\nSupervise and provide guidance to accounting personnel across the organization.\n\nOversee accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger activities, reconciliations, and financial close processes.\n\nReview financial records and accounting reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.\n\nAssist with accounting activities and financial reporting as needed.\n\nMaintain and improve internal controls, financial policies, and accounting procedures.\n\nCoordinate with external accountants, tax professionals, auditors, and other financial service providers as needed.\n\nEnsure compliance with applicable accounting standards and financial reporting requirements.\n\nERP & Financial Systems Improvement\nParticipate in evaluating, selecting, and implementing ERP and financial management systems.\n\nCollaborate with executive leadership, accounting teams, IT personnel, and external consultants to identify system requirements.\n\nSupport financial data integration and reporting across multiple business entities.\n\nIdentify opportunities to automate financial processes and improve operational efficiency.\n\nImprove financial reporting accuracy, data transparency, and system utilization.\n\nAssist in developing scalable financial systems and processes to support organizational growth.\n\n Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\n8+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, financial management, or a related field.\n\nExperience in a Finance Manager, Controller, or comparable financial leadership role.\n\nStrong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.\n\nSolid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.\n\nExperience overseeing accounting operations and coordinating with accounting personnel.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, reporting, and data analysis.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify financial issues and recommend effective solutions.\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, particularly when reporting financial information to executive leadership.\n\nAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of financial responsibilities.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience managing financial operations across multiple business entities or subsidiaries.\n\nPrevious experience as a Corporate Controller, Financial Controller, Finance Manager, or Director of Finance.\n\nExperience in manufacturing, distribution, or organizations with diverse business operations.\n\nFamiliarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar financial management platforms.\n\nExperience supporting ERP implementation, financial system integration, or process improvement projects.\n\nExperience with intercompany transactions, consolidated financial reporting, and multi-entity cash management.\n\nCPA, CMA, MBA, or other relevant professional credentials are a plus.\n\nAll your information will be
