This role requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.\nThe ideal candidate will assist with full-cycle recruiting activities, candidate coordination, onboarding support, and general HR administration while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.\n Recruiting & Talent Acquisition\nSupport full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding\nPost job openings on recruiting platforms and job boards\nReview resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings\nCoordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers\nMaintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process\nManage recruiting databases, ATS systems, and candidate records\nConduct reference checks and assist with offer coordination\nHR Administration\nSupport onboarding and new hire documentation processes\nMaintain employee records and HR-related documentation\nAssist with payroll, benefits administration, and employee inquiries as needed\nSupport HR compliance and internal policy administration\nPrepare HR reports and recruiting activity updates\nCommunication & Coordination\nCommunicate with internal departments, hiring managers, and external candidates\nSupport employee engagement and HR-related projects\nCoordinate orientation sessions and training schedules\nMaintain confidentiality regarding employee and candidate information\n Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience\n1+ years of HR, recruiting, staffing, or administrative experience preferred\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nExcellent organizational and multitasking abilities\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with ATS or recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter,
