You will establish and\nimplement information security policies as needed by the organization, and oversee the company's overall\nsecurity program. This includes but is not limited to planning and providing employee security awareness\ntraining, maintaining data loss prevention controls, IT infrastructure management, and security\nassessments.\nThis individual will assist in reporting cybersecurity measures, audits, and updates to our Headquarters in\nSouth Korea, and will have broader risk management and incident response responsibilities.\n Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies and standards that\ncomply with local regulations as well as business requirements\nCollaborate with Headquarters to develop company-specific policies regarding\nrisk management and IT security as well as report security measures to HQ\nCoordinate internal/external audit measures\nConduct policy reviews to support business needs with ongoing security compliance\nDevelop and execute annual security and data privacy training programs\nProvide role-based security guidance and compliance requirements for employees,\nincluding system administrators and software developers\nPerform security vulnerability assessments and track remediation activities\nCoordinate and respond to internal and external security audits and assessments\nManage improvement initiatives for identified security gaps\nMinimum 7 years of professional experience in Information Security and/or related IT fields,\nincluding one or more of the following:\nCloud administration and security\nNetwork administration\nServer operations and management\nSoftware development\nIT infrastructure management\n- Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as:\nISO 27001\nNIST Cybersecurity Framework (NIST CSF)\n- Professional information security certifications such
