software upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to ensure stable operations.\nProvide end-user technical support, issue resolution, and user training.\nDevelop and maintain operational reports and dashboards to support business analysis and decision-making.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system functionality and operational efficiency.\n 5+ years of software development and application support experience.\nPrevious experience serving as a Development Lead, Technical Lead, or Team Lead with people management responsibilities.\nStrong experience with Java Spring Framework or Spring Boot.\nExperience with iBATIS/MyBatis.\nExperience developing and supporting Oracle Database applications.\nStrong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and
