operations\nDocument technical issues, resolutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing and future reference\nAssist in projects for smart factory initiatives, ensuring CIM is aligned with enterprise IT and manufacturing goals\n Bachelor’s degree in a related field\nStrong troubleshooting skills and methodology\nKnowledge of manufacturing processes and customer service in the manufacturing industry\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with MES and MCS integration in a smart factory
