This role involves gathering business requirements, coordinating with users and development teams, and ensuring seamless integration between MCS, MES, and other manufacturing systems.\n Maintain and support MCS (Material Control System) applications within a smart factory environment.\n\nWork with CIM (Computer Integrated Manufacturing), RTD (Real-Time Dispatching), MES, and related manufacturing systems.\n\nAnalyze business and system requirements to determine optimal configurations and solutions.\n\nGather, document, and obtain stakeholder approval for system requirements.\n\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance interfaces between MCS and MES.\n\nCollaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and development teams to maintain existing interfaces and implement new integrations.\n\nMonitor daily system operations, troubleshoot issues, and support manufacturing applications and infrastructure, including MCS, CIM, RTD, and RMS.\n\nSupport MCS-related projects by coordinating schedules, requirements, costs, risks, and system quality.\n\nProvide technical support and resolve system-related issues to ensure stable manufacturing operations.\n\nBachelor's degree in a related field.\n\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\n\nUnderstanding of manufacturing operations and customer service processes.\n\nStrong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.\n\nIn-depth knowledge of ERP solutions.\n\nExperience with databases such as Oracle, MS SQL, and PL/SQL.\n\nExperience in software design and development using Java, JavaScript, HTML, XML, or JSON, or 4+ years of Oracle ERP Order Management (OM) experience.\n\nExperience supporting IT or system implementation projects.\n\nBilingual proficiency in Korean and English.\n\nWillingness to travel internationally.\n\nAvailability to work occasional evenings or weekends for system changes and urgent issue resolution.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with MCS, MES, CIM, or RTD systems in a manufacturing environment.\n\nExperience supporting manufacturing IT systems or smart factory
