confirmations.\nTrack inbound and outbound shipments and provide customers with accurate ETAs.\nResolve delivery issues, appointment conflicts, shortages, damages, and other customer concerns.\nEnter and maintain accurate shipment and customer information in the internal system\nRespond to customer emails and phone calls professionally and promptly.\nEscalate urgent transportation or customer issues to the appropriate departments.\nMaintain daily shipment reports, appointment schedules, and tracking spreadsheets.\nFollow up with carriers to ensure appointments are met and deliveries are completed.\nBuild strong relationships with key customers and transportation partners.\nSupport the logistics team with daily operational tasks.\n Skills\nStrong communication and customer service
