Under the general supervision of the IT Director/Manager, this role provides technical support for administrative computing systems including MS/Oracle SQL, Windows Server Systems, IT infrastructure, and reporting to multicultural groups in English and Korean. The specialist will also develop expertise in manufacturing systems while delivering the technical assistance described.\n Prepare reports for various groups in English and Korean, including supporting documentation through SQL queries and system-generated reports.\nSupport project teams by conducting systems analysis and providing coordination for major system implementations.\nProvide clear and professional verbal, written, and electronic communication with IT members, vendors, multicultural groups, and end users.
