This shutdown period will be excluded from contract compensation calculations.\n Pay Rate: Up to $12,000/month (DOE)\nWork Schedule: Full-Time / On-Site\n Position Overview\nWe are seeking an experienced Physical Security Project Manager (PM) to oversee CCTV and physical access control system installation projects at manufacturing facilities in Tennessee and Holland, Michigan.\nThe ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing physical security installation projects and coordinating with local U.S. contractors to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.\nThis position requires strong project management skills, a solid understanding of low-voltage security systems, and the ability to effectively coordinate with contractors, vendors, site personnel, and project stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Physical Security Project Management\nManage overall project schedules, milestones, and installation activities for CCTV and IDP/access control systems.\n\nOversee projects from initial planning and installation through testing, inspection, and completion.\n\nCoordinate project scope, schedules, resources, and on-site activities.\n\nMonitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.\n\n2. On-Site Construction & Contractor Management\nCoordinate and communicate directly with local U.S. contractors and subcontractors.\n\nMonitor installation progress and ensure work meets project requirements and quality standards.\n\nIdentify and assist in resolving technical, operational, and construction-related issues.\n\nServe as a key point of contact between clients, site representatives, contractors, and vendors.\n\n3. Installation & Quality Control\nOversee CCTV and physical access control system installations.\n\nVerify that installation work complies with approved drawings, project specifications, and scope of work.\n\nCoordinate system testing, inspections, and final acceptance activities.\n\nManage punch lists and follow up on outstanding installation items.\n\nSupport project closeout documentation and completion reports.\n\n4. Project Scheduling & Risk Management\nDevelop and monitor project schedules and key milestones.\n\nIdentify potential construction delays, scheduling conflicts, and project risks.\n\nCoordinate installation activities around manufacturing facility operations and site access restrictions.\n\nCommunicate schedule changes and project updates to relevant stakeholders.\n\nTake proactive measures to minimize delays and ensure timely project completion.\n\n Required Qualifications\nProven project management experience in physical security system installation, including CCTV and access control systems.\n\nDirect experience working with local U.S. contractors on installation or construction projects.\n\nStrong understanding of physical security installation processes and on-site construction operations.\n\nExperience managing project schedules, contractors, installation quality, and site-related issues.\n\nAbility to communicate effectively in English with U.S. contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.\n\nStrong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple project priorities.\n\nAvailability to work on-site in Tennessee or Holland, Michigan, for the applicable contract period.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with physical security system installations at manufacturing plants or industrial facilities.\n\nKnowledge of CCTV, access control systems, and low-voltage infrastructure.\n\nExperience managing construction or equipment installation projects in the United States.\n\nFamiliarity with on-site safety procedures and construction quality control.\n\nBilingual proficiency in Korean and English.\n\nThese are on-site project-based contract positions.\n\nContract duration varies by
