S&B USA is committed to innovation, sustainability, and community engagement, with a portfolio featuring mega projects like the Fargo-Moorhead Stormwater Diversion Channel in North Dakota and the PennDOT Major Bridge P3 Program across Pennsylvania.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead the pursuit effort for large-scale infrastructure projects, coordinating pre-construction, design, and estimating teams.\nDevelop and submit technical and price proposal documents.\nManage project contracts with owners, design, and construction partners.\nOversee project risks and opportunities.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.\nCollaborate with internal teams, developers, stakeholders, and design consultants to ensure project success.\nActively participate in meetings with owners, developers, partners, and subcontractors.\nManage project pursuit development, resource planning, and budgeting.\nQualifications:\n10+ years of experience in alternative delivery projects with increasing responsibility.\nProven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects ($500M+).\nExperience with Alternative Delivery methods such as DB, CMGC, Progressive DB, and P3.\nStrong understanding of design development, construction estimating, and construction methods.\nExperience with scheduling software (Microsoft Project, P-6).\nKnowledge of HCSS and civil project field experience.\nAbility to travel as needed for projects.\nStrong relationship-building and networking skills.\nExperience with state DOTs is highly valuable.\nOther Conditions:\nThis permanent staff role location to be determined.\nCompetitive Compensation (commensurate with the candidate's experience and skills).\n Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Demands: \nTypically, an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level.\nWork assignments are diversified.
