The Scheduling Manager will play a role in the development of Bid Schedules, Baseline Schedules, maintenance of assigned Area or mega project civil construction projects. Additionally, Scheduler Manager will assist the Project manager in the development of Time impact Analysis, Mitigations/Recovery Analysis and Claim Analysis.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nTeam Leadership & Management\nLead and manage a team of Project Controls Scheduling professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective scheduling control practices.\nFoster a collaborative team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and professional development.\nIdentify assigned Area or Mega Project resource needs to execute scheduling efforts.\nAssign and monitor scheduling resources to projects.\nMaintain Knowledge of Company values and strategic plan.\nBid Schedule Developments (assigned Area or Mega project)\nLead TWG Meeting and develop a plan for the execution of Bid Schedules\nAssign or assist resources forbid scheduling during estimating phase.\nAssist Estimating team with means and methods to optimize the schedule.\nIdentify Schedule Risks during the estimating phase.\nOversee the development of Bid Schedules\nPrepare and review all Area or Mage Project Schedule Technical proposal sections.\nBaseline Schedule Development (assigned Area or Mega project)\nLead TWG Meetings and develop plan for the execution of Baseline Schedules\nAssign or assist resources for Baseline Schedule Development.\nAssign or assist resources to collaborate with the project managers, project engineers and superintendents to develop the Baseline Schedule.\nAssign or assist resources to provide detailed project resources and equipment needs.\nAssign or assist resources to Revenue and Cost load Project Baseline schedule.\nAssist Project Manager addressing owner comments.\nAssign or assist resources to implementing weekly schedule updates and review of Monthly Reports.\n Weekly Schedule Maintenance and Monthly Schedule Reports (assigned Area or Mega project)\nReview and assist project team with weekly schedule updates and Monthly Schedule Reports.\nIf applicable, Assign or assist resources to prepare Billings through the revenue loaded schedule.\nUpdate weekly/Month Dashboards and report to Director of Scheduling\nRisk Management (assigned Area or Mega project)\nAssist Project Manager in identifying potential Schedule risks to projects, contributing to risk assessments and mitigation planning.\nIf applicable, Identify any cashflow risks.\nChange Management and risks related to project changes.\nProvide Scheduling Director with Risk Management Matrix and Dashboards\nRequirements:\nEducation:\nBachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field experience:\nMinimum of 10+ years of experience in Schedule control, Heavy Civil construction experience on highways and bridges.\nSkills:\nAdvanced Primavera P6 knowledge.\nIntermediate PowerBI Knowledge.\nAdvanced Knowledge of construction building procedures and industry specific scheduling requirements.\nStrong leadership skills to drive a team towards a common goal, using common best practices procedure.\nProven skill and ability to identify and mitigates scheduling issues for simple and complex projects.\nAbility to self-prioritize and self-start projects and task work.\nAbility to effectively multi-task similar activities in a fast paced, time sensitive environment.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nAdvanced verbal, written and presentation communication skills.\nStrong analytical and organizational skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nKnowledge and
