been completed and obtain sign off from project stakeholders, including administrative and financial requirements from a close-out perspective.\nImprove administration efficiencies and provide administrative support for the delivery of projects\nCreate, implement and manage administrative tools such as dashboards and project libraries to maintain accurate and timeous project documentation practices\nConducting administrative duties such as facilitating project meetings, processing invoices and reporting on project progress\n Improve administration efficiencies and provide incorporate change management deliverables into the project schedule\nCollaborate with Facilities manager in managing the integration and collaboration of different stakeholders on projects by designing the communication matrix whereby agreements are made on the frequency and methods of project team communication\nCollaborate with Facilities manager to enable project progress as well as steering committee meetings to track project progress and provide any escalations as per the principles stipulated by the project needs\nActively communicate and provide feedback to stakeholders on project progress\nMaintain Risk and Quality Management of projects\nRisk Identification and Mitigation: Identification and mitigation of potential risks.\nQuality Control: Adherence to quality control procedures and standards.\nGovernance\nSubscribe and align to SBV Services' ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standards, ensuring the department’s processes and quality management system is at all times in compliance with the standard.\nSupport SBV Services’ ESG journey, reporting on and managing the ESG requirements to ensure a positive reflection and outcome.\nLead as an Ambassador and executor of Change.\nAct as a change management architect in periods of change to ensure business continuity.\nManage the integration of business units into a seamless end to end solution for customers.\nEffectively communicate and embed new processes and procedures as they occur, addressing or escalating matters/ concerns to the SME’s (subject matter experts) when required.\nFacilitate the necessary presentations, workshops, or forums to ensure consistent and accurate communication is given across one’s portfolio.\nRequirements\nWork Experience\nMinimum 2 years’ experience in a project management environment, with preference in handling and independently managing projects in the construction industryProven experience and knowledge of construction stages 0-6\n\nMinimum Requirements: Education\nBTech/BSc degree in Construction Management or similar or Project
