to improve Technology Product offerings to meet market demands for now as well as into the future.\nProvide input and support the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned to SBV Technology Strategy and business objectives.\nTranslate business needs, customer insights, and market trends into clear product features, enhancements, and priorities.\nBalance customer demand, regulatory requirements, architectural constraints, and commercial viability in roadmap decisions.\nContinuously assess product performance and relevance, recommending enhancements, rationalization, or retirement where required.\nDelivery of Technology Products\nProvide input the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and business justification through delivery, adoption, and optimisation.\nSupport release planning, go-to-market readiness, and post-implementation review.\nSupport asset decisions are fully aligned to security, DR/BCP, and operational resilience requirements.\nWork closely with Product Owners, UX/design, vendor partners, and relevant stakeholders in an agile environment to translate the business vision into features and functionality.\nFoster collaboration with product designers, developers, quality assurance, and marketing to explore, prioritize, and launch solutions via methodologies such as Agile.\nHost Joint Application Development (JAD) and other brainstorming sessions with SBV stakeholders to support innovation of products and services\nMaintain an in-depth understanding of SBV products, including their features and functionality to identify new opportunities to support their growth.\nProvide technical expertise on product development to the Commercial team and other teams, providing consulting services for estimation of effort, dependencies and complexity of effort.\nManage product delivery to ensure if conforms with sprint planning requirements and meets delivery timelines within specified quality of requirements\nCoordinate product releases with marketing, sales, and delivery teams.\nRun and Maintenance of Technology Products\nPerforms subject matter expert duties for supported products, including acting as a resource for answering questions, explaining functionality, and assisting others in building product knowledge.\nProvide product training and technical expertise to customers and business partners.\nSupport service and product optimisation efforts.\nAssist relevant teams in the design of user awareness and training for Technology products and services.\nManage product functions and services communications with business stakeholders and customers.\nCustomer, Innovation & Stakeholder engagement\nMaintain deep understanding of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies relevant to SBV.\nIdentify opportunities for digitisation, automation, and innovation within the product portfolio.\nProvide informed input into future product opportunities, pilots, and proofs of concept.\nEngage directly with customers and internal stakeholders to understand needs, pain points, and opportunities.\nAct as a trusted product and solution advisor to Sales, Delivery, Architecture, and Business teams.\nSupport STRATCO and Client Executive communications relating to product updates and roadmap progress.\nGather structured feedback from customers and stakeholders to inform continuous product improvement.\nBe the voice of customers and business partners by understanding and representing their needs and product requirements\nCollaborate with business partners to develop and drive a platform roadmap that supports product strategy and organisational objectives\nPartner with the Commercial team to conduct customer engagements via tools such as survey’s to better understand customer needs and feedback on services and products\nCollaborate closely with technology teams to communicate the product roadmap, provide market context, be the voice of the customer, and align the roadmap with SBV Technology's strategic goals.\nLiaise with customers and collect feedback on products and services to inform improvements to offerings\nRepresent the Company and its mission professionally and appropriately internally, in public, with media, and at industry-related events.\nCollaborate with Marketing, Commercial and Support teams to create go-to-market strategies that enhance awareness, drive success, and improve support for Technology Products and Services.\nSupport Product Management Release Showcase initiatives by collaborating with the Commercial team to produce effective presentations to promote value-adding features to internal and external clients.\nProduct Governance, Reporting & Commercial Discipline\nMaintain product artefacts including roadmaps, value propositions, feature definitions, and performance metrics.\nTrack and report on product adoption, usage, value delivery, and customer satisfaction.\nEnsure alignment to architecture standards, governance processes, and risk controls.\nSupport internal decision-making with clear, data-driven product insights.\nWork collaboratively across Product, Sales, Architecture, Delivery, Operations, and Finance.\nSupport implementation teams to ensure solutions delivered align with product intent.\nEnsure smooth handover from product design into delivery and operations.\nPromote disciplined product management practices and continuous improvement.\nQuality Assurance, Risk and Financial Management\nUnderstand and manage the cost efficiency and performance of products and solutions using financial metrics (AOV, ROI, CAGR, etc…), platform metrics (usage, analytics, etc.) other quantitative measures, and qualitative feedback.\nAssess and address technical risks ensuring compliance to risk principles as well as regulatory requirements.\nCoordinate relevant testing targeting clean test cycles.\nDefine success criteria for testing and product acceptance.\nFacilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation.\nRequirements\nMinimum Requirements: Work Experience and Education\n5 years of technology product delivery experience.\n4 years' experience with design and implementation of product roadmaps.\nBachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.\nDiploma in product management
