The estimated per hourly range for this position is $22 - 30 per hour based on experience.\nCompetitive Weekly Pay Period\nThe responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:\nEnsure the reliability of equipment and processes\n\nPerform preventative and predictive maintenance\n\nConduct a variety of failure analyses, including root cause, Weibull, and fault tree analysis\n\nIdentify risks to business operations and develop corrective actions\n\nContribute to the continual improvement process\n\nTo select this job as one of interest to you, at a minimum, you must have the following:\nIn-progress degree program from an accredited university/college program with a concentration inMechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Civil Engineering and returning to school full-time at the end of the internship.\n\nAble to work Full-Time in Summer 2027\n\nProfessional experience in manufacturing/production and reliability\n\nData analytics skills\n\nMechanical and electrical aptitude\n\nAnalytical skills\n\nFamiliarity with Windows, Excel, Word, AutoCador other CAD software\n\nExcellent communications skills\n\nMAJOR PHYSICAL DEMANDS\nStanding\n\nLifting\n\nWalking\n\nCarrying\n\nPushing\n\nPulling\n\nBending\n\nReady to make an impact and become an employee-owner?
