The estimated per hourly range for this position is $22 - 30 per hour based on experience.\nCompetitive Weekly Pay Period\nThe responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:\nIn-progress degree program from an accredited university/college program with a concentration inMechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related major and returning to school full-time after the work session.\nAbility to think analytically, independently, and outside of the box to provide fresh ideas to improve processes.\nAbility to work with people in a production/plant environment.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nProficiency in the use of PC using CAD, PLM, Microsoft Office, Oracle.\nBasic bookkeeping skills and ability to read drawings.\nAble to work Full-Time.\nTo select this job as one of interest to you, at a minimum, you must have the following:\nSolve design and manufacturing related problems through use of fundamental engineering calculations and theory.\n\nWork closely with team members to support the continuous improvement of processes, tools/equipment, and manufactured products by participating in problem solving activities.\n\nProvide engineering support for tool shop.\n\nInvestigate tooling related issues and write clear, concise engineering reports describing the procedures, results, analyses, and conclusions.\n\nWork closely with operations team to create instruction bulletins for standard work practices with regards to tooling/processes.\n\nWork closely with design engineering team to design new tools and fixtures.\n\nDesign tool models using CAD software.\n\nCreate documentations such as drawings and specifications relevant to projects.\n\nMaintain accurate tool engineering documentation in PLM and ERP system.\n\nMaintain legacy tool engineering documentation.\n\nMAJOR PHYSICAL DEMANDS\nStanding: Occasional standing on production floor for troubleshooting or equipment startup.\nLifting: Occasional lifting of production parts and tooling less than 50 pounds.\nWalking: Frequent walking throughout the facility both indoors and outdoors.\nCarrying: Occasional carrying of light objects such as measuring equipment, prints, etc.\nPushing: Infrequent pushing of objects, possibly related to production support, startup work.\nPulling: Infrequent pulling of objects, possibly related to production support, startup work.\nBending: Occasional bending during production support, startup work.\nReaching: Infrequent reaching.\nHandling: Occasional handling of parts or tools.\nOther: Frequent use of personal computers, keyboard, monitor\nReady to make an impact and become an employee-owner?
