You will proactively coordinate deliverables, track progress, and ensure all required inputs, reviews, and approvals are completed on schedule.\nFollowing the Design Intent handoff, you will manage the artwork approval process through WebCenter, coordinate production schedules with the pre-media agency, and communicate artwork status to cross-functional teams and agency partners. You will oversee the process through final artwork release to printers and ensure completed assets are uploaded to the Brand Operating System (BOS) library.\nThrough your attention to detail, project management expertise, and cross-functional collaboration, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality packaging graphics that support successful product launches and business objectives.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nOwns graphic artwork timelines for a specific category, ensuring milestone delivery through final release to printer, identifying and escalating risks, and coordinating cross-functional mitigation planning\nManage category-level production schedules and prioritization, assessing and communicating impacts of changes to maintain alignment with business needs and First Arrival Date (FAD) commitments\nDevelop, manage, and ensure completion of accurate, fit-for-use (FFU) briefs in support of right-the-first-time artwork execution with the pre-media agency\nOrchestrate cross-functional label copy development, ensuring accurate, complete, and compliant text while adhering to regulatory requirements and delivery timelines\nInitiate, manage, and track artwork routings, approvals, and changes within WebCenter, maintaining visibility, documentation, and clear communication across cross-functional teams and agencies\nAnalyze category portfolio metrics and graphics processes to support continuous improvement and portfolio visibility in collaboration with cross-functional partners (e.g., GSARA, Claims, Design, Marketing)\nInitiate and conduct process improvement initiatives and technology advancements for graphics tools and workflows\nREQUIRED EXPERIENCE\nBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Graphic Communications, Art & Technology, or a related field that supports graphics production and execution and 5-6 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience\n1-3 years of project management experience within a project management tool (ex. MS Project Pro)\n2-3 years of experience leading process improvement initiatives that deliver measurable time and/or cost savings\nQualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment.\nPREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS\nPrevious experience with:\nMS Project Pro or other project management software\nEsko’s Web Center graphics workflow tool\nDigital Asset Management system\nWorking knowledge of graphics workflows, print production, and artwork lifecycle management.\n1-3 years of experience working with creative and/or pre-media agencies strongly preferred\nPackaging production process, pre-press and printers\nStrong attention to detail, prioritization and organizational skills, and sense of urgency\nStrong influencing & collaboration skills with cross-functional partners and external vendors including the ability to enforce design rules\nExcellent verbal and written communications for variety of audiences (all levels internal, multi-functional, external companies)\nA nimble problem solver, resourceful, and deadline driven\nJOB REQUIREMENTS\n Full-time, typical work hours, 1st shift, M-F\n Office work environment - Remote work available once a week following a 90-day onboarding period\nThis role is not eligible for relocation assistance\nBENEFITS AND PERKS\nSC Johnson’s total compensation packages are at or above industry levels.
