This includes overseeing the sourcing and purchasing of raw materials, packaging materials, and external manufacturing services to ensure uninterrupted supply, cost competitiveness, and operational excellence.\nYou will lead the procurement operations of packaging materials ,flexible packaging, paper-based packaging, and device components, while supporting the requirements of external manufacturing partners within the APAC market.\nThis role is accountable for delivering business objectives related to cost savings, inflation management, supplier relationship management (SRM), and new product development (NPD). Working closely with internal stakeholders, external manufacturers, and suppliers, you will drive procurement initiatives from opportunity identification and strategic analysis through recommendation, negotiation, and execution.\nIn addition, you will deploy and implement sourcing strategies that align with regional and global procurement objectives, ensuring supplier performance, risk mitigation, supply continuity, and sustainable value creation for the business.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage procurement activities for assigned External Manufacturers (EMs) across Thailand, Bangladesh, Malaysia, and Singapore.\nLead sourcing and purchasing of raw materials, packaging materials, and manufacturing services to support production requirements.\nManage packaging procurement for flexible packaging, paper packaging, and device-related components.\nDeliver annual cost savings, inflation mitigation, and productivity targets.\nSupport New Product Development (NPD) projects through supplier engagement, sourcing, and commercialization activities.\nBuild and maintain strategic supplier relationships to drive performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.\nConduct spend analysis, identify sourcing opportunities, and execute procurement strategies in alignment with regional and global objectives.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, R&D, Marketing, Quality, and External Manufacturing partners.\nEnsure supply continuity, risk management, contract compliance, and supplier governance across the assigned portfolio.\nDrive end-to-end procurement projects from ideation and business case development through implementation and value realization.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nApplies best procurement processes and practices in the organization\nDevelop a deep understanding of the material markets, cost structure and key players\nCollaborate to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal customers, regional purchase community as well as diversity managers in each kind of materials\nTracking supplier's Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and developing supplier capability to meet SC Johnson (SCJ) requirements.\nParticipate and lead in negotiations with suppliers and ensure appropriate commercial agreements are put in place to secure supply\nSAP transaction and procedures compliance\nRequired Skills / Experience / Competencies:\nBachelor's in Engineering or related fields\nMinimum 8 years of experience in procurement in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry\nAbility to lead and conduct system improvements to drive greater effectiveness at a regional level\nSolid stakeholders and vendors management experience\nInclusion & Diversity\nWe’re a global business, with people from every culture, ethnicity, race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age and ability.
