You will play a critical role in planning, forecasting, performance management, and business partnering across the Central Cluster Country Group.\nReporting directly to the CFO, Central Cluster Country Group, this position offers significant exposure to both local and regional stakeholders and requires strong collaboration across multiple functions.\nResponsibilities:\nBusiness Partnering & Commercial Support\nAct as the primary Finance Business Partner for the Sales organization, supporting short-term business activations and commercial initiatives. \nProvide financial insights and recommendations to support commercial decision-making and drive profitable growth. \nPartner closely with Sales and Customer Marketing teams to evaluate customer investments and promotional activities. \nAnalyze trade spending plans and identify opportunities to improve net pricing, optimize investments, and reduce trade spending inefficiencies. \nTranslate financial plans and budgets into realistic customer-level performance targets. \nFinancial Planning & Analysis\nLead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes for the assigned business area. \nMonitor business performance against targets and provide timely analysis of risks and opportunities. \nAnalyze monthly financial results and communicate performance updates and full-year outlooks to key stakeholders. \nSupport accurate financial forecasting through robust business analysis and challenge. \nSales & Trade Investment Management\nEvaluate promotional effectiveness and Return on Investment (ROI) across customer activities. \nIdentify opportunities to improve trade investment efficiency and commercial profitability. \nProvide ongoing analysis and recommendations to maximize value creation through customer investments. \nForecasting & Business Performance\nActively contribute to the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle. \nDrive forecast accuracy through data-driven analysis and collaboration with commercial stakeholders. \nEnsure alignment between commercial plans, demand forecasts, and financial expectations. \nProcess Improvement & Controls\nDrive simplification initiatives and promote best-practice sharing across the Cluster Finance organization.\nContinuously identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and analytical capabilities. \nEnsure that financial controls and governance processes within the sales controlling environment remain effective and fit for purpose. \nExperience you’ll bring:\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. \nExperience in Finance, Commercial Finance, Business Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis, or a related discipline. \nProven track record of driving process improvements and supporting organizational change\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills. \nFluent written and spoken English. \nBehaviors you’ll need:\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights. \nDemonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and support decision-making through financial analysis. \nStrong commercial acumen and understanding of how businesses drive revenue and profitability. \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and organizational levels. \nAbility to manage multiple priorities, changing deadlines, and ad hoc business requests in a dynamic environment. \nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience within a multinational consumer goods or FMCG environment. \nKnowledge of SAP, Business Intelligence (BI), or related financial reporting systems. \nAdditional language skills such as German or Polish,\nExperience partnering directly with Sales and Commercial teams. \nWhat We Offer\nOpportunity to work within a multinational, sustainable, and growth-oriented organization recognized as a Great Place to Work. \nInclusive company culture built on integrity, collaboration, diversity, and mutual respect. \nExposure to regional and international stakeholders across the business. \nStrong career development and advancement opportunities. \nCompetitive compensation and benefits package. \nTogether, we are creating a better future-for the planet, for future generations, and for every SC Johnson team member.
