Accountable for Production, Maintenance, operational SHE, Manufacturing Quality and Continuous Improvement, delivering Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People objectives. Supports the Factory Leader by executing site priorities while driving operational excellence.\nResponsibilities:\nLead daily manufacturing operations to deliver production, service and customer commitments.\nChampion Safety, Health & Environment and ensure compliance with company standards and legislation.\nOwn operational quality performance including Right First Time and GMP compliance.\nLead Maintenance to maximise equipment reliability through preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance.\nDrive Daily Direction Setting (DDS), Standard Daily Work, TPM and Lean initiatives.\nImprove OEE, eliminate losses and reduce downtime through root cause analysis.\nDeliver operational cost, labour productivity and budget targets.\nLead implementation of new products and manufacturing projects.\nDevelop high-performing teams through coaching, succession planning and performance management.\nAct for the Factory Leader during agreed operational absences\nRequired Qualifications and Experience:\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related discipline.\n8-10 years manufacturing experience with at least 5 years in manufacturing leadership.\nFMCG manufacturing experience.\nLean Manufacturing, TPM and Operational Excellence experience.\nExperience leading Production and Maintenance teams.\nSuccess Measures\nDelivery of production volumes and plan attainment\nPerformance against plant KPIs: SHE, Quality, Service, Cost, and People\nImprovement in OEE, asset utilization, and productivity\nDelivery of cost per dozen, cost savings and operational efficiency improvements\nStrength of organizational capability, leadership bench, and employee engagement\nScope & Impact\nLeads Production, Maintenance Teams with oversite of Safety and Quality in Rosslyn\nOwns daily manufacturing execution across key areas such as Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People.\nSupports the Factory Leader; with delivery of site strategy, regional governance or capital planning.\nAccountability for manufacturing output, efficiency, reliability, and cost competitiveness\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, self-directed and team-based environment with changing priorities and short deadlines.\nThis position is not available for relocation assistance and candidate must be eligible to work in the country of application\nInclusion & Diversity\nWe’re a global business, with people from every culture, ethnicity, race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, and ability.
