In addition to that, you'll attend supply chain meetings, manage stock allocations, ensure accurate processing of all orders and liaise with internal stakeholders and working closely with the team to plan and organise every detail of the customer fulfilment journey. Using Lean methodology & tools, you’ll be looking for ways to improve and standardise processes.\nThe Customer Supply Chain function is made up of 5 multilingual teams who support our commercial businesses across the EMEA region with making sure our products are delivered on time and in full, to our customers.\nThis position is not available for international relocation\nThis position is eligible to work from home one day a week\nWhat’s in it for you?\nFlexible starting and finishing times + 4.5 day working week\n33 days annual leave including public holidays due to supporting European countries\nPension, Life cover & Health Insurance\nFree parking, Shuttle bus from local train stations, EV Charging points\nNewly refurbished Gym with free classes and Spin Studio\nResponsibilities:\nTo deliver exceptional customer experience through efficient and accurate operational order management\nTo ensure the effective management of Material Master Data in SAP, new product listings and delists into customers through liaison with the local sales & logistics service providers\nSupported by promotional grids, to work closely with local sales teams and customers to ensure the effective management of customer promotions/other trade events\nMonitor order flow to proactively identify problems, resolve issues, develop alternative solutions, and avoid shipping discrepancies\nTo manage stock allocations in line with local sales & supply chain teams’ expectations in low or out of stock situations\nDrive efficiency by simplification and standardisation of processes & procedures across multiple countries\nWork closely with other members of the Customer Fulfilment team as well as members of the Supply chain team and Logistics to provide outstanding service to all stakeholders\nEnsure compliance and Audit readiness\nTo maximise collaborative ways of working with customers through analysis; to communicate recommendations to benefit the business and to build strong collaborative relationships with our partners to drive commercial and supply chain initiatives\nExperience you’ll bring:\nFluent in both English and in one or all Scandinavian languages (Danish, Swedish and/or Norwegian) written and verbal\nSupply Chain Experience or understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain (desirable)\nPrevious experience in customer service and order management (desirable)\nSAP knowledge (desirable)\nIntermediate level in Word, Excel, and Outlook\nKnowledge of Lean methodology & tools an advantage (desirable)\nBehaviours you’ll need:\nAbility to work under pressure and excellent attention to detail\nAbility to establish collaborative and trusting business relationships, through professional, proactive interactions\nGood team player and must show flexibility/adaptability\nMindset to seek continuous improvement\nStrong communication and influencing Skills\nInclusion & Diversity\nWe’re a global business, with people from every culture, ethnicity, race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, and ability.
