SC Johnson isseekinga Sales Intern who will have the ability to directly impactthe SCJ business while simultaneously accruinggreat experience. The Sales Intern will receive a core project assignment that requires cross-functional support ofteam members fromsales, marketing, and customer marketing. In a short period of time the Intern will gain valuable insight into the consumer products space and how a leading-edge CPG company executesin the market.\nThe Sales Intern will be based in Rogers, ARor Minneapolis, MN.\nOur internship program will provide projects focused on providing enriching experiences to help develop key skills such as:\nAnalytical - A portionof the experience will focus on analysis and assessment of current challenges faced inthe business within our customer base. The objectivewill be to uncover insights that offer unique solutions to today’s problems.\n\nCreative - A portionof the experience will seekto demonstratecreativity. CPG (Consumer Product Goods) experience preferred.\n\nInvolved and assumesleadership roles in various school activities.\n\nSkilled in use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).\n\nExcellent interpersonal communication skills to develop internal and external relationships.\n\nProactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering results in a fast-paced work environment by fostering a sense of ownership,and curiosity.\n\nJOB REQUIREMENTS\nFull time Monday- Friday.\n\n12-week summerinternship.\n\nThis position is not eligible forremote work.\n\nThis is a developmental position, and the candidate will most likely relocatefor future opportunities.\n\nThe Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 44,470.00 USD - 58,370.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives.
