The role is responsible for delivering country financial targets, supporting market-share and distribution growth, and translating channel and brand strategies into customer-specific business plans.\nThe role also leads the monthly Saudi demand-planning step, manages key commercial KPIs, and identifies, develops and closes new sales opportunities. It reports to the Director, Country Manager - GCC.\nAbout the Role\nThis role combines country-level sales execution, distributor management, channel and customer planning, promotion execution, demand planning and commercial KPI management. Success is measured through financial delivery, market-share growth, distribution performance and effective execution of customer business plans.\nAbout the Team/Department\nYou will be part of the Sales function and report to the Director, Country Manager - GCC. The role leads the distributor relationship and works with the distributor team to serve Saudi Arabia channels and customers. The role does not currently include SC Johnson direct or indirect reports.\nResponsibilities\nDeliver country financial targets and support market-share growth.\nPlan, execute and manage the distribution setup to effectively serve the country, channels and customers.\nAchieve distribution objectives for core and new products in line with agreed targets.\nBuild, implement and monitor Joint Business Plans for key customers.\nOversee the planning and execution of the annual promotional plan.\nLead the monthly Saudi demand-planning process, including SOP Step 2.\nManage shipping and invoicing KPIs.\nIdentify, develop and close new sales opportunities, including opportunities to increase distribution.\nComply with local and global SHE requirements and applicable corporate regulations.\nExperience You’ll Bring\nEssential qualifications\n8-10 years of experience in Sales.\nCore channel-management experience, including management of multiple accounts.\nExperience in trade and in-store activations.\nFMCG experience.\nPreferred qualifications\nExperience with indirect distribution-channel management.\nBehaviors You’ll Need\nStrong negotiation skills.\nCollaborative teamwork and the ability to lead a distributor team.\nStrong analytical skills.\nWhat We Offer\nFull-time role based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.\nApproximately 10% domestic travel between regions/cities.\nApproximately 5% regional travel.\nYou must be legally eligible to work in the country\nThis role isn't eligible for international relocation\nInclusion & Diversity\nWe’re a global business, with people from every culture, ethnicity, race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, and ability.
