# Site Engineering Lead

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Site Engineering Lead to provide technical and engineering leadership at our Rosslyn manufacturing plant. In this key site-based role, you will be accountable for the safe, reliable and cost-effective delivery of engineering activities, spanning capital projects, asset reliability, process and packaging engineering, utilities and facilities, and continuous improvement. Working closely with Manufacturing, Maintenance, EHS, Quality, Supply Chain and Regional Engineering teams, you will play an important role in improving equipment performance, building engineering capability and successfully delivering the site's capital investment plan.\ Key Responsibilities Lead the site's engineering and capital project agenda, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required technical standards. Own the Rosslyn site capital strategy and multi-year investment plan, covering asset replacement, capacity, compliance, productivity and factory development.
