This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and govern supply planning activities from project kick-off through launch and handover. The NPD Planner supports cluster priorities by proactively managing timelines, inventory, and supply risks-helping drive business growth and competitive advantage through disciplined planning execution.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nRepresent Supply Planning in New Product Development and transition project meetings, from kick-off through launch.\nGovern planning activities for new products, transitions, and special packs to ensure key milestones and launch timelines are met.\nReview inventory run-down plans for transitioning codes and recommend actions to minimize write-off risks.\nEnsure accurate forecast flow into the Supply Planning system aligned with approved project volumes and launch dates.\nManage the handover of NPD and transition codes to Supply Planners, ensuring clarity and readiness.\nPartner with Supply Planners to support order placement based on agreed lead times and volume parameters.\nMonitor post-PO activities and ensure First Arrival Dates (FAD) are achieved.\nIdentify supply risks, escalate issues to stakeholders, and support mitigation planning to meet project objectives.\nREQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.\nMinimum of 2 years’ experience in supply planning or a similar function.\nNo professional license required.\nPREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES\nExperience working in a multinational or multicultural environment.\nEnd-to-end understanding of supply chain and planning processes.\nKnowledge of inventory policies, methodologies, and trade-offs.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nProactive, collaborative, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nWorking knowledge of SAP (ECC & APO), particularly master data management.\nExposure to or experience in New Product Development (NPD) processes.\nJOB REQUIREMENTS\nPermanent Full-time employment\nOnsite work setup; once a week work-from-home after three months\nThis role is not eligible for relocation\nWhat's in it for you\nYou’ll have the opportunity to grow your career, develop your skills, and work in an inclusive, family-like environment.
