This is a key role in the small treasury team, requiring a strong team player who enjoys working within an empowered environment. If you have trading experience and / or have worked with Exchange control regulations this could be a role for you.\nAbout the Team/Department\nThe Treasury function consists of 2 teams covering the Front and Back office to allow for segregation of duties (SOD).\nResponsibilities:\nCash Management\nDaily preparation of Cash positions for EMEA\nDaily variance analysis and commentary\nManagement of funding requirements - to ensure appropriate level of cash is maintained in each bank account, balancing operating cash requirements vs. Idle Cash targets, safeguards against overdraft incidents, arranging Loans with relationship banks\nExecuting trades with authorized counterparties; ensure executed trades are compliant with relevant Treasury policies, with established internal controls and with country / government regulations\nFX Management\nPrepare Cash Flow Forecast (CFF) for cash and liquidity planning; improve forecast reliability by regularly monitoring actuals vs. forecast\nMonthly FX Flow Reporting incl. variance analysis and commentary\nMonitor the level of FX gains and losses\nProvide support to the region for the provision of forecasts\nBank account management:\nDaily review of Bank statements and reconciliation\nMonthly review of bank charges and consolidation\nBank account rationalisation\nOther:\nBusiness partnering with SSC and local teams\nQuery resolution\nCover for Treasury Team Members\nAudit and SOAR process compliance\nExperience you’ll bring:\nTreasury experience is preferred but not essential ideally across EMEA countries, including FX Trading\nWorking knowledge of banking systems / trading platforms preferred but not essential\nIntermediate to Advanced Excel user and knowledge of SAP is an advantage\nFocus on delivery and be able to work accurately and decisively under pressure to meet tight deadlines\nLean process improvement mindset\nBehaviors you’ll need:\nStrong team player with a desire to provide high quality customer service\nDemonstrate the ability to communicate effectively to all levels\nAct with integrity and confidentiality\nOwnership and accountability\nSelf-starter with strong ability to prioritize to ensure deadlines are met\nGood organization and planning skills with good attention to detail\nWhat’s in it for you?\nCompetitive pay & benefits incl Profit Share and Study Support\nFlexible starting and finishing times + 4.5 day working week\n33 days annual leave including public holidays due to supporting European countries\nPension, Life cover & Health Insurance\nFree parking, Shuttle bus from local train stations, EV Charging\nFree onsite Gym with free classes + NEW Spin Studio!\nInclusion & Diversity\nWe’re a global business, with people from every culture, ethnicity, race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, and ability.
