Summary: The Quality Control (QC) Chemist I is an entry level position for individuals who use their understanding of Analytical Chemistry to perform the basic and routine experiments including generation and analysis of data in a cGMP laboratory. Essential functions: With guidance, perform quality control analytical testing in accordance with USP/FDA/ICH guidance and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Typical testing may include potency assay by UPLC/HPLC/IC/AA/UV, pH, density, KF, Particulate matter, Identification by IR, etc. Learn and understand the requirements as documents in SOPs, test methods under current Good Manufacturing Practice
