Our technology can deeply understand complex engineering drawings, extract valuable insights, and help save costs, reduce execution time, and minimize material waste on construction sites\nAbout the Role\nAs an On-site Engineer at Rite, you’ll own the customer journey from the initial POV through implementation, adoption, and long-term success. You’ll work closely with on-site construction teams, ensuring Rite is successfully implemented and delivering value to its customers.\nYou’ll be the main point of contact for your projects, working directly with on-site engineers and other construction professionals. You’ll lead POVs, support implementation, build customer relationships, and bring your on-site insights back to our Product and AlgOps teams.\nResponsibilities\nOwn the customer journey from pilot to implementation, adoption, and long-term relationship.\nLead customer POVs on-site, including product demonstrations, onboarding, and follow-up.\nWork closely with execution engineers and project teams to understand their workflows and needs.\nBuild strong relationships with customers and become the trusted point of contact for your projects.\nWork with Product and AlgOps to communicate customer feedback, identify gaps, and drive solutions.\nVisit customer sites regularly and support teams throughout implementation and ongoing use.\nHelp build repeatable processes that allow us to scale our customer operations.\nRequirements\nBSc. in Civil Engineering/Construction Engineering, or relevant experience in the construction industry.\nExperience working on construction sites, particularly within the structural execution phase.\nExperience as an on-site Engineer, Inspector, or similar construction-facing role.\nStrong understanding of construction processes and interpreting construction drawings.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.\nStrong ownership, independence, and problem-solving skills.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\nWillingness to travel regularly to customers’ sites.\nIf you don’t meet every single requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
