Our technology can deeply understand complex engineering drawings, extract valuable insights, and help save costs, reduce execution time, and minimize material waste on construction sites\nAbout the Role\nAs a Structural Engineer at Rite, you’ll be the structural engineering domain expert within our AlgOps team, working at the intersection of structural engineering, algorithms, and product. You’ll bring real-world structural engineering knowledge into the algorithm, ensuring accurate and reliable output for our customers.\nYou’ll work hands-on with customers’ construction projects, preparing and reviewing plans, identifying algorithmic gaps and edge cases, and working with the research team to improve the system. You’ll also serve as the go-to source of structural engineering knowledge within Rite, helping translate domain expertise into better products and processes.\nThis is an opportunity to bring your structural engineering expertise into a technology environment, work closely with a highly technical team, and have a direct impact on a product from an early stage.\nResponsibilities\nWhat you'll do:\nPrepare and review customer construction plans, reviewing and validating the final output.\nAct as the structural engineer subject matter expert within Rite, guiding internal teams with your field experience.\nIdentify algorithmic edge cases, and gaps, and iterate with the algorithm team to refine the system.\nProvide structural engineering data and domain expertise for developing and testing new algorithmic capabilities.\nContribute insights, lessons learned, and best practices to continuously improve Rite’s structural engineering methodology.\nHelp build scalable processes for the AlgOps operation.\nRequirements\nRequirements:\nBSc. in Civil Engineering, with a specialization in Structural Engineering.\nAt least 1 year of professional experience working as a structural engineer.\nStrong understanding of structural plans and construction drawings.\nExperience with AutoCAD, Revit- must\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nHigh attention to detail and ability to take ownership of projects.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\nAbility to work from Rite’s Tel Aviv office 5 days per week.\nIf you don’t meet every single requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
