RESPONSIBILITIESReview paperwork after sales have been fulfilled.\nSet up/stage support and maintenance contracts in the ERP system.\nHandle monthly, quarterly, or annual billing.\nRun system-generated profit-and-loss reports and identify irregularities.\nSupport meter billing, including outbound calls for missing meter readings.\nRespond to internal enquiries regarding contract coverage.\nHandle customer-facing invoice questions or disputes.\nPrepare account reviews for the Sales team.\nExport and manipulate system reports using Excel. QUALIFICATIONS\nMinimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.\nStrong organizational skills, given that aforementioned tasks occur daily.\nAbility to work independently in a remote environment while still collaborating effectively with the team.\nStrong English communication, particularly for customer-facing conversations.\nStrong professional email-writing skills for both internal and external communication.\nIntermediate Excel skills are preferred (ideally someone who knows sorting, filtering, simple arithmetic, and VLOOKUP).\nDemonstrated ability to spot irregularities in reports.\nExperience in utilizing ERP, CRM, and other business tools or systems.
